And, in honour of the feast of our Holy Father St Dominic, I'm going to share with you something that I learned somewhere between Ely and Walsingham*. But first, a bit of background.

There is an antiphon to St Dominic that Dominicans sing, called the O Lumen.

It has its own plain chant tune, which can bee seen in the link above.

However, it also fits, beautifully, to the tune for "The Archers", that everyday tale of country folk.

All together now... O lumen Ecclesiae...

What's that? My heresy trial is being arranged for next week? What, again?!?
