So, two of my friends are getting married. I said "would you like some fairy cakes?" They said "yes please."
Things I Have Learned:
1) 108 fairy cakes, plus icing, equals 2kg of butter.
2) That's a lot of butter.
3) The Kenwood mixer is the best thing since ever.
4) 108 fairy cakes is a lot of fairy cakes, however you look at it. I'm currently looking at it stacked all over the kitchen, in boxes.
