be weary weary quiet - there are three little people sleeping in my living room...although one of them just popped up!

i was going to tell you something about all the changes up ahead and the "last time" for this or that, but the beautiful sentence i crafted in my head has up and run off.

therefore let me leave you with these thoughts:

kale on a daily basis is good for one's soul (and body)

going to work on very little sleep post-travel makes for a low-key day

and

when you're an early riser, you can do laundry, dishes, and make your bed (and update your blog) before everyone else wakes up.
