no vivid dreams last night.  but I *did* eat some pizza...yummy veggie pizza with pepperoni. Maybe the pepperoni pushed the dreams right out of my head.

Thank you for all of your kind comments!  It's good to be back.  And when I get home from work tonight I"m going to try to catch up with everyone's blogs, too.. feel like I left the party for a while.

Hello Yorkshireman Displaced - thank you!  It's good to be back -- and sometimes I remember dreams, but only immediately after waking.  If I wait too long, they'll disappear.  I think that's why I experience deja vous so often - because I may have drempt a scenario or scene or something... and don't remember - then it happens in real life, and viola!  Deja vous.

Thank you Ian - I'm working on it :)  And yes!  I think I probably wouln't hear the end of it if I came so close and didn't visit... is guilt via dream a common experience?  Because I was feeling so guilty about not seeing you all!!!  thanks for your encouragement about work, and I'm sending some your way, too.  Just processing the work stuff has helped a great deal - now I'm not carrying it around anymore.  It is what it is, and what will happen will happen.  I just work there :)  And the PC is very fun & shiny :)

Wow burntsienna - that's a perfect case in point.  My health counselor person talks about how we all have a 24 hour lab (our bodies) and yours proved in that experiment just how differently the foods are prepared... did you know that some companies make make foods for world-wide use, and follow standards & practices set by the countries in which they sell... so unhealthy oils or sugars, etc are excluded from European stock, but the high fructose corn syrup is used for the home country...because we don't know better, and our government hasn't stepped in to protect, and the companys make $ hand over fist.  It's distrubing, the more I find out...

Just last night I went to a fundraiser for work: a pizza shop is donating 10% of its sales to our project (from yesterday's sales).  So I ordered pizza and a salad.  Know what?  The salad tasted so bitter and yucky and unpleasant...and I'm sure it was just fine - my taste buds have recently changed.  But yuck!  That's what un-nutrient-rich food tastes like... give me swiss chard any day!

And Miss Lisa - it is *so* difficult and challenging to eat right when your world is turned upside-down and inside-out while working and building and having ciaos all around... I'm so glad you're doing as well as you are!  And congrats on the diagnosis - you're absolutely right, just a few small changes... that's so encouraging!  Some of my family members have similar diagnosis. Abate the stress and keep feeding the body what it needs... you're doing great!  :)  I haven't tried oat milk yet - I think it's the one I have tried...just need to find it!  Thanks for the recommendation - so far I've done a variety of rice milks, soy milks, hemp milk, no almond milk b/c of my food allergies, and... I think there's one more but I can't remember at the moment.

And yes! I'll try to work on the photo before/after pictures soon - keep bugging me until it shows up here!

Thanks for visiting - tea next time. Consider yourselves hugged, and have a great rest of your day (or start, depending on your time zone - if it's near bedtime, I hope you sleep well, too)
