so i'm sorting all of the gifts i purchased yesterday...into people piles... and decided to make a table in a Word document instead of Excel (Word allows me to do more formatting)
and i'm taking a significant amount back to the store.
which is good.
last night i tried to buy some gas at the end of my shopping spree, and they wouldn't accept my card!!!!! I was totally floored - because I am nowhere near my credit limit. ...got a phone call today from their fraud department, wanting to confirm all of my purchases yesterday. Once confirmed, i'm back in the game. I guess my buying spree yesterday didn't fit my normal buying pattern. I'm glad they checked... (i'm an honest person, but i wonder what could have happened if i had said "No, I did NOT make those purchases! Refund my money immediately!" ...a very guilty Christmas for me? Indeed.)
