am going to eat some food... guess it's around lunchtime. go and return some things at the store. head over to the condo to leave a note for the workmen.
i just emailed/called two services to help me market/sell the condo. will wait to hear back from them. one ad said they could list the property for $299, only to find out it's really $499 for my area. hmmm...not sure about that. will have to think. but, it depends on if they'll keep my property advertised until it sells? or if there's a limited time frame.
