...so, the self-pruning tree? from last night?

well, i woke up this morning (very late, no alarm clock thank you very much) to lots of snow and ice... and heard my neighbor scraping his car, preparing to leave for the day.

when i looked outside my window about half and hour later, i saw that he took some fallen branches that most definately came from my tree, and put them in his yard.

now, that's incredibly thoughtful, less work for me, but i know they came from my tree because i saw them in the middle of the night.

so... since i'm feeling a bit better, i was thinking about getting all bundled up, getting my fancy chainsaw, and choping up the tree branch in my yard.

but - i was thinking - since i know some of the branches in his yard are from my tree, should i do the ones in his yard too? like a present? it would be very nice/neighborly, methinks.

but i also don't want to take away from his desire to be nice/neighborly, too.

not sure what to do here... perhaps i'll just wait until tomorrow - sometimes inspriation strikes later. or perhaps i could just leave it alone, and hope someone chops up the one in my yard too :)
