I might just have me a project. An undertaking, an Endeavor, a Mission of sorts...Assignment. A venture. A personal type of project... You know, like getting inspired... Inspiration! Revelation! Brainwave! An Insight! Workin' on somethin'... Pluggin' at it 'till it's accomplished [i wrote that in a southern accent...well, southern belle mixed with a hint of Yankee]

And although I am unable to explain at this time, I'm encouraged that it might be something attainable. For years I didn't think it would be... and now, I'm not so sure. Encouraged. Yes, that's just the right word. I'm moderately encouraged. Something may, just may be attainable. Hard work, but exciting.

I'll keep you posted as it develops... if there is progress... err, when there is progress. We shall see. I'm excited, and have a month to prepare. Well, almost a month... depending on when the project begins.

On a different note, I spent the last few hours working on a grant proposal. A colleague and I are creating an on-site resource center for our students who have significant communication impairments (physically/neurologically based impairments) and need technology and adapted resources to help them communicate. I've just compiled some info, we're meeting tomorrow to discuss and revise... very exciting.

I made a cake today. Angelfood. Yum.

And bought two books. One of which is "A Complete Guide To Calligraphy: An Essential Guide For All Calligraphers" ...very exciting.

It's been a medium day. I've truly enjoyed not doing much of anything this weekend. Needed some time to recharge my motivation battery, if you will.

On that note, it's bedtime. I'll try to get in before midnight...seeing as it's 10:34 now, and I need to make sure my clothes are dry (remember: dryer broke sometime last week) and alarm is set and teeth are brushed...then it's off to bed for me. Hope y'all have an excellent day...gotta love Tuesdays.
goodnight,
~rain.
