i'm sure someone from the UK typed this into google within the past 36 hours ...or perhaps someone from Seattle, Washington - it rains each and every bloody day there! well, almost :)

also, a heating/cooling man is coming tomorrow to give me a 2nd opinion on my furnace. it was a long process, but i finally spoke with the right person at the insurance company...told her the whole story... and they're sending out someone else who's much more reputable. i'm glad. even if the $ doesn't work out at the end, at least i'll know i did the right thing. (i'm afraid to explain too much here, as i'm literally afraid of the initial heating/cooling man - i'm concerned, because i reported his dishonesty & bullying & stealing $ - that he'll come after me... so the insurance company is going to do what it can to protect me, and i'll play the dumb blonde if i ever speak to that man (the 1st heating/cooling man) again -- appologies to all blonde people)

did i tell you i had a date with a nice man on saturday? we had lunch. it was nice. he said he'd like to call me again. i said 'sounds great'. we'll talk later in the week, and maybe we'll see each other sometime this weekend.

i cut the pad of my left middle finger... so every time i type a "d", "e", or "c" i wince a little... but it's a little worse with the "e" b/c that's right where the cut is... found out today how much it hurt while working on a report.

must go to bed... so i can be bright eyed and bushy tailed in the morning!
sleep well, rain.

p.s. hello visitor from Taiwan!
