Was just sat out on the patio, drinking coffee by candlelight. We're in an urban area, but quite close to the countryside. I was just thinking what a perfect place this would be for foxes, when one ran right past me. It was less than ten yards away. Beautiful.
Been sat out there earlier as well, taking advantage of the bit of sun that appeared on my afternoon off. Was drawing one of those comic strips, and reading Chocolat (which I've just finished after reading three-quarters of the book in one day). Is quite nice to be in a fairly suburban area like this. I will probably be on an inner-city estate next year, which will be quite different. Looking forward to it though.
