Quiet, quiet week. Nothing happening at work at the moment. Except games of networked Unreal Tournament. I read half of Rudyard Kipling's "Jungle Book" on my computer today, because I was so bored.
Where am I up to? Played badminton on Friday night with some people from church. Quiz at church last night. Not a great deal else. I've drawn most of the first comic for my brother. Started writing some notes towards a story.
Got a new digital camera to play with, which is providing some distraction. It's a Fuji S5000. Only 3 megapixel, but it has a lovely 10x optical zoom. Mmmm....optical....
Going home this weekend for a few days. Might try to talk my mum and dad into going to Chester Zoo at some point. I haven't been for ages, and I want to try my new camera out. Also, some of my mum's friends sponsored the parrots in her name as a 60th birthday present (my mum loves parrots). So the plaque with her name on it should be up outside the cage by now.
