Mince pie extremes

Yesterday I ended up in Waitrose and bought some Duchy Original organic mince pies. They were delicious. And £3.99 for 6, and that was on special offer.
Today I went to Tesco and bought Value mince pies (it was all they had left). They were rather 'sparce'. Mind you, they were 53p for 6!
Mind you, the descriptions on the packaging were rather different too. The Duchy Originals description was very long winded, while the Tesco Value was very much to the point!
