I sang really properly for the first time since I lost my voice nearly two years ago, recently. A couple of days after I got an email from a friend saying how pleased she was that God had healed my voice.
Maybe I'm just cynical (which I know I am), but I don't see that as healing. It got better, over a bloody long time, of its own accord. I tend to think of 'healing' as 'non natural' healing. If you cut your hand, it heals, albeit over time. If it heals before 'usual' time, it might be said to be God healing it.
Or is that just me thinking that?
