The first one of these I went to I hated with a passion and swore never to go to one ever again. It was total chaos and very noisy. I met one of my postnatal group people at the health centre a couple of weeks ago and she said quite a few people from our group go to this particular one. I'd heard good things about it too, so she managed to persuade me to go. I went for the second time this week, and actually rather enjoyed it! Most of the mums are slightly older mums (ie 30 or older) which is also quite nice (cos they're not all thin and stuff!!). So I guess I'm gonna keep going to that one!
I bought a bundle of toys from Ebay for Alien too. I went to collect them today. It's such a totally fab bundle. Some really good stuff and all in excellent condition and totally brilliant value. I was getting them out of the bag to look at them when Socks was holding Alien. He was getting so excited by them all!! All the noises and lights and touchy / feely bits and colours and things. Sooooo exciting!!!
