Scream.
Shout.
Cry out.
Why is it so damn hard to do?
Tranquility all around me.
The cat purring on my lap.
The stars shimmering brightly outside.
Inside is Screaming.
Shouting.
Crying out.
I can hear peace.
Beautiful surroundings.
The world is asleep.
But inside is a cacophony of noise.
I cannot shut it out.
It will not stop.
