Alien was a complete star in hospital. She didn't mind about any of it! She quite happily played, read and watched the world go by. The staff were great, which obviously helped, but even so, we were so amazed at just how good she was!! I didn't really even need to be in when the anaesthetic was put in cos she was quite content. When she came round from it all, she was pretty much trying to be her usual bouncy self straight away, even while woozy (so she was a kind of wobbly bouncy) and ate 4 biscuits and a sandwich and drunk 4 cups of water / juice only about half an hour after she woke up. She really does never cease to amaze us.
And her hearing is completely different - inasmuch as she can hear us. It's brilliant!!! :D
