... that despite the fact you are only the second patient on the doctors list you have to wait 30 minutes after your appointment because the jerk who went in first wanted a random chat to anyone who'd listen? (Ok, that may not be the case, but he then proceeded to talk randomly to the pharmacist for ages too.)
