I've been asked to go to the agency on Thursday to sign for the flat. Not all the references are in yet but they're willing to offer it to me. It is really, really lovely and I still hope that nothing goes wrong but I'd guess that all the important information is in. It was worth being woken up for yesterday. I was trying to have a bit of a lie in and the call came through at just gone 9am. Maybe I shouldn't try having a lie in. ;)
