Got home yesterday, had something to eat then went to sleep at about 6.30pm. Suddenly woke up at 7.30pm in time to watch the special news report (goodness, was I shocked by those pictures at Boscastle - it must be less than 100 miles away from here!), then at about 8.15pm Classic Fm sent me to sleep again. Woke up at 9.30pm and did a bit of housework and chatting on the internet. sometime just before 11am I needed bed again - slept through to 7am...
I think I needed it.
