...It is strange to think that the only reason my job exists is because other people are unemployed. It feels a bit as though other peoples disadvantages are an advantage to me.
We "roll out" a new phase in the office next week, which means that some people will be doing a totally different type of work, the IT was tested today and it works, and we are due to take a whole new type of calls into the centre as of Monday.
All this means for me is that a few people around me won't be doing the same job as me for a few hours each day, but it still feels almost exciting in the otherwise dull world of a call centre!
