Well that was a busy weekend. Went out with work friends on Friday, managed to end up fragmenting into many little groups which is a shame. no one could decide where to go or what to do. Still had fun though, but I must remind myself not to go clubbing - I never enjoy it.
Saturday night was a birthday BBQ and more clubbing (why do i do it?), and Sunday has a nice day (despite the variable weather) at the Wiscombe Hill Climb. No one was going to set any records on a damp track but it was fun watching cars slide around the Hairpin.
Then in the evening I bombed up to Bristol to see Chalky play with Rachel Taylor-Beales in the Prom bar. Much improved from when I saw them nearly a year ago.
Back to work now, feeling a bit worn out and downbeat now, I need to play poker to cheer myself up (any plans guys?)
