...A few of us went up to see the recording of next weeks top of the Pops yesterday (The fill in the chart bits on the day!). Was great fun to do, always gives me a buzz walking into Television Centre and seeing how TV shows are made. Playing their new songs were Maximo Park, who just played their song (which seems to be a re-release, as I thought it had been around for ages), then Danni Minogue, who is looking more and more like her sister, Goldfrapp, who looked so nervous, but sounded and looked great, McFly who just got on with it like pros, and were suprisingly good at what they do, and finally 50 Cent and friends. Although i hated their music they did seem really nice chaps and also seemed to be enjoying every moment.
A rather long day (7.30am-8pm) but great fun, Look out for me next Sunday evening!
