...Ok, I can't review my life backwards, it's never going to work.
For instance if I wanted to talk about how great Martha Wainright was last night, and how unfunny the new Little Britain was, and how I am enjoying season 8 of Friends much more than series 6 and 7, then I would have first review the whole of history until I can back out the other side, and into the present again.
