Watched 2 films this week (well, 2 I have not seen before anyway).
La Bonne Année - An excellent French comedy/love story about a jewel robbery from 1973. Although it started in a rather unpromising way it, but them suddenly changed and moved into gear. An unusual ending turned it into an almost cyclical film. Almost.
Broken Flowers - Saw this last night, really enjoyed it, great idea for a plot, very slow pace, great acting and very dry and amusing. A totally unsatisfactory ending... which I rather like, far too boring when all the losse ends are tied up!
I have a film bug now though... but really should be spending my time packing all I own into boxes.
