... Exeter's high Street is changing rapidly these days, you get no idea from this picture the scale of the redevelopment that is going on, in fact there barely seems to be an area of Exeter where something is not being built.
Shops in the High Street, houses by Central Station and Pynes Hill, the new courts, the new rugby stadium - to name but a few. I doubt it will ever stop, but it's nice to think there might be a time one day when people just sit back, look at what they have built and think "OK, thats about right now, lets leave it like that for a while".
It won't happen though.
