...saw the Ken Loach film The Wind that Shakes the Barley this evening, I think most of the cinema was in tears by the end, very emotional and not a whole bundle of laughs, but certainly worth a look.
Got my reduction in hours accepted today, a reduction to 2 longs days at the Jobcentre, and I will be taking on two or three days a week at the SPCK bookshop - It will be like old times...
Also (despite the cut in pay I will be taking) I decided to buy a car, crazy! Thanks to steve for finding a lovely small orange Matiz for me, not sure it will have the character of the Panda, but will be a lot more comfortable to drive!
