Not mentioned podcasts for a while, I still listen to loads of them, about an hour a day in fact as I walk to and from work. They are the greatest things since the invention of radio in my opinion, and make me not even realise that I walk for over an hour each day. Here is my top five favourite podcasts of the moment...

Filmspotting - By far the best film podcast on the net, Chicago based Adam and Sam (and increasingly regular co-hosts) review a new film, watch some classic films and have a Hornby-esqe top five every week. Well produced and professional, the standard all podcasts should aim at.

Guardian Science Podcast - Science made fun, all the latest news from the world of science and technology made simple, but not patronising.

Mark Kermode - Still the king of film reviews, agree with him or not he is the most entertaining critic out there. "Wittertainment at it's most wittertaining"

Chequered Flag - A round up of each and every Grand Prix, in depth and essential. There is an almost identical podcas from the Guardian as well, but the BBC one has the edge.

Poker Diagram - Two guys play poker and talk about it, getting pretty infrequent and losing their edge a little, but when they are good they provide good insights into the online game of poker.
