I actually left a shipmeet before losing time!
It wasn't that I didn't enjoy it - more that antibiotics and steroids with alcohol don't seem to mix. In fact the enhance the properties of alcohol making me slightly squiffy and very sleepy (I get dopey when I've had a few) and I didn't relish the thought of falling asleep on the bus and ending up in some remote part of London.
Still - I did get 3 diffrent ales quaffed (including Old Peculiar) and it was good to meet old friends and a couple of new(ish) faces.
I also managed to do a bit of retail therapy enroute ending up with a new skirt and a purple handbag with tassels.
Now to get some sleep before church tomorrow moring (Sunday)
