I'm beginning to feel a lot better.
I've still got the cough, sneezles and wheezles but I've had some good quality sleep and am beginning to see some improvement.
I hadn't realised that some of the symptoms could be caused from not smoking - apparently after a day or so your lungs start to clear out the tar and gunk that has accumulated. so this, combined with the chest infection, have made this worse for me - well I hope so, I don't want to go through it again if my lungs decided to do a later clearout.
I've decided to take the rest of the week off sick (must remember to phone doctor for appointment for sick note).
