Crikey! I didn't realise I hadn't updated my wiblog for over 2 months.
Well I have been rather distracted of late - mainly due to a man in my life, which means lots of late night MSN messages and clandestine meetings. Still it's good to have a distraction.
There are a few problems we have to circumnavigate. Firstly, my landlady took and instant dislike to him from my description of him and won't let me have him know where I live. Her reason is that she doesn't want a stranger coming into her house who may look at her antiques (then nick them). Not that the man is into anything like that - just her overactive imagination.
The second is that although in his 30s he choses to live at home with his mum & brother - mainly convenience. However he doesn't want them to know about us - you see he's 14 years younger than me and his mum wants him to find someone, settle down and have kids.
Thirdly, he's got a visa to work in Canada, and was planning to go this summer. It's only family issues that are holding him back atm. So the relationship is temporary with the knowledge he may be off within weeks if things settle with his family.
You see he's a typical East-end Londoner - brought up with the value that family come first, and if any "family" have problems that needs sorting then the family sort it. The good thing is that he now treats me as a trusted friend - so if I have any "problems" he & his mates might sort them out. No that I have, or would resort to that, but it's useful to know "just in case".
He's also extremely well mannered - as he says "brought up with traditional values". I have doors opened for me, drinks paid for, makes sure I get home OK and lots more little things he does that make me feel good to be a woman.
He cares for me and worries about me - especially the fact that my impetuous nature can make me vulnerable - guess he knows more than me about "street life".
He make me feel good about myself, especially how I look - I'm his "sexy" woman and he's my sexy "hunk".
He makes me very happy and I'm proud to be his woman.
