Having had a good lunch and some "Inspiration" at the Buddle Inn, I found myself back in car en route for Blackgang Chine - or so I thought.
It's when a convoy all head up a residential road to do 3 point turns that you realise that you may be going the wrong way (which was all the more surprising as the person heading the convoy was the islander herself).
Well - we got there and great fun was had by all. Some people got wet; some people climbed on dinosaurs; some people had cutlass fights and some people tried to act as if they were nothing to do with any of the others (I think those were the children).
The evening was spent eating at The Baywatch restaurant (though not in skimpy swimsuits). This was followed by some wine being drunk at the houseboat until the early hours.
How people managed to get up for church the next morning I'll never know...
