Why is it that whenever important changes are made to working patterns the "Management" are never around to ensure it runs smoothly.
Oh no - that's left to your truly to do, even though she has no idea as to what has been agreed because "Management" have taken it upon themselves not to keep her informed.
So much sh1t will hit the fan on Monday because no-one has taken into account the various bits of information needed to run payroll. And guess who's going to have to shovel the sh1t? Not "Management" I can tell you. No it's down to muggins here (so what's new?)
Oh well - the checklist is still only half completed; most of the info for the new company has been collated; but the draft letter the "Management" wanted me to do is still a figment of their imagination.
To cap it all I've been stuck in the back office on my own all day with half the lights not working and a fan heater on because it's been so cold.
TGIF that's all I can say...
