The sun has come back and the cold wind has dropped.
Got up late - mind you I was listening to the end of "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" so it wasn't as if I was sleeping in that late.
Went to see a counsellor this afternoon to chat about things, especially recent stuff that has happened over the last 5 years. We've arranged to start a few sessions to sort out a few issues, though being the NHS that isn't until May.
More importantly went to "The Upper Room", our church's monthly women's group. We were exploring healing ministry (with practical).
Best bit of advice - "make sure that you wash, use deoderant and have brushed your teeth". Guess there's nothing more off putting than being prayed over by someone with BO and halitosis!
