Woke up late due to a combination of Nytol and antihistamines. I've been very itchy recently and I'm not sure what's causing it but I've a feeling it's an allergy. I must ask Roz to check that the washing machine is completing the rinse cycle properly and the filter is clean as it could be washing powder.
Went out for a Moroccan meal in the evening with a friend and his family. It was very good food but I'm now completely stuffed. It was good to see them again, although it was a pity R's wife couldn't come as I haven't seen her for about 15 years.
Funny thing was that another friend of mine was also at the restaurant with a group of his friends. Evidently a popular place to dine.
