Chi ball

Went to a different exercise class yesterday.

Chi ball uses exercises drawn from yoga, pilates and tai chi and you have a smallish self inflating ball which you use either to hold when doing stretches; roll around to help you stretch or roll upon to stretch and use muscles, especially in the back and shoulders.

All I can say is that I felt well and truly stretched afterwards - but no aches and pains.

Apparently my posture is bad which is which I get back ache, stiff shoulders and headaches. Years of sitting at desks using computers...
