I am tearing my hair out... It's so difficult working with moving targets. Everything changes every other day (or every day sometimes). It wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't fiddling with people's lives - 4 or 8 weeks in Japan is something people need to know about, to prepare for. People have families and commitments. They can't be expected to go in May & June, then actually that's changed - now it's March & April. Actually, you don't need to spend 2 months at all, it's just 4 weeks in April. Or it could be end of May and all of June.
Aaarrgh.
