I've made a great big sore divot in my bottom lip .... it's as a result of biting my lip during the night and is stress related ... but i'm not actually sure what I'm stressed about ... I'm busy, certainly, but not that busy ... I've got lots to do but nothing on a deadline .. well, except all the christmas stuff ... ideas?
