yay, we have both ... I also have pulled muscles in my stomach and neck, courtesy of slippery clay down the side of the house and slippery grass round the back of the shed ... but very very happy about the phone and the hot water! We heading out for birthday brekkie tomorrow morning, which we're both greatly looking forward to as a welcome break from the rounds of finishing off things, flooring, cleaning, moving stuff etc ...
