I copied Miss Semele unashamedly today - she had a mad baking day yesterday and made hummingbird cake - which I've always wanted to try making but never gotten around to - my pile of recipes to try is, seriously, nearly a foot high at this point, it will travel to the new house in its own bag! Anyhoo, I decided what ho, I will bite the bullet, and make one on my flex day ie today - so I did! And it was great! And Mr Tasmania thought so too, agreeing to take some work tomorrow, and not taking that back even after I told him it had pineapple in it :)
