I paid the 30% deposit on the remaining floor tiles - and they were cheaper than expected!!!!! Thank you Jesus - and I'm not just saying that, on these tiles we've saved $526 so far - and all without having to haggle!
We have received our second quote - and on the strength of the numbers alone (because he was my first choice just on instinct) we have chosen our builder and accepted his quote. WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWWOWOWOWWO!!!!!!!!
All being equal - and hopefully with some more interest rate drops - we will be commencing to build late Feb early March next year - amazing!
