that's through slightly gritted teeth ....
ah, flatmates .....
okay, enough of that, on to less annoying people :)
or the weather .... we have had a 'slight' cold snap ... as Yay mention, this will probably mean nothing to those in cooler climes ... and generally Sydney 'Winter' doesn't have much of an affect on this mountain girl ... but when you've been sailing through lovely 20 - 24C days and then are suddenly plunged into 8C with adjusted wind chill type temp at the airport at 7pm last night at 2.8C!!!! Crikey, that's a bit of a drop!!!
Coldest place in the state at 5pm yesterday, apart from the Snowy Mountains where it was snowing (duh!), was a little place called Moss Vale ... about 20mins from my parents place. Moss Vale hit around 7C at 5pm ... adjusted to -2.7C ... yes that's right, that was a MINUS! Crikey George, that's ridiculous .... but good fodder for those of us who like discussing the weather :)
So, to all those who think Sydney permanently basks in warm weather, specifically designed to burn poor Northerners to a frazzle ... think again ....
