ah yes, I'm obviously overemotional and quite silly at times .. the agent came and was totally fine with the house, is going to find out if we can get new carpet soon (the old stuff separates when you walk on it - nice!)
Miss Jane - the cat - was not in evidence for the 45 mins while I waited for the agent ... but made an appearance at the window approximately 6 nanoseconds after she arrived .... excellent!
anyway, alls well that ends well ... the agent has apparently decided the cat is not a problem and what the landlord (who lives in Italy and has never seen the house) doesn't know won't hurt her ...
Yes, God has a sense of humour and I need to get a grip, obviously :)
