No, it's not a horror story, it was actually quite a good night. I didn't really want to go, it was at Ulverstone, which is nearly an hour's drive from us, but I"m glad we did, we had a great night.
Mr Tasmania had a good time, he sat next to a fellow MDT teacher (whom he did prac with when he was studying) and they nattered all night. Food was good, company was good, my boss is a LEADFOOT (we followed him from Burnie), and even the Kris Kringle pressie's were pretty good - or a least ours were. My unit had decided that you can't get much for $5 so we put in together and bought a heap of mixed clean skins ... so we took two presents of wine, and came home with a box of choccies ... and one of the bottles of wine :) ... too funny
