I know, I know, I made it for the first time tonight, a basic recipe I'm sure for many - but some things you just don't get to ... I only made lasagne for the first time last year .... but I've been making pavs, brioche, and various other yummy things for ever so allow me some slowness :)

Authentic Chinese food it most certainly isn't .. but yummy, oh my goodness yes!

And the Apple Caramel Self Saucing pudding to follow is to die for .... just email if you want the recipe, only 5 ingredients and about 5 minutes to put it together - and much luscious yumminess to follow!
