On Wednesday I played badminton and had moments of rather brilliant play (you should have seen it, I was running around like a mad thing). there was a rather disturbing occasion when having served I could honestly say I wasn't ready for it. Unfortunately that does not gain sympathy.
Anyway a bit of exercise is always a good thing, really should get more.
