We had a meeting on the Workload Initiative. This is ensuring teachers don't have to do things that as professionals they don't actually need to do. If another sensible adult can do it then they should be!
Ironically this was the second meeting in 8 days telling some of us exactly the same thing - including the same powerpoint presentation. Totally agree, no point in making teachers do things which they don't need to be doing. It may well only have been me that saw the irony there but I doubt it.
