On Friday I hurt my neck - what else would you expect if you were trying to tie your hair up? Anyway I made it into work and lasted a couple of lessons but eventually needed to get something to help me.
Having spent a while sleeping over the weekend I went to work today taking some* of the pills the nice doctor gave me. I realised I should have taken one of them a bit later and then the class from hell would have been obliterated.
*within guidelines of course.
