Yesterday, soon after my last wiblog I headed off to Oxford to see some friends, I don't see them very much nowadays so it was nice. We had a lovely meal which was duck with a gorgeous sauce. We had some heated discussion on aspects of Christian life. Apparently I was meant to be taking my walking boots but didn't as I didn't get the email I didn't. It really doesn't matter given it was raining extremely hard.
Later, back at my boyfriends house we lazed around for a bit, and then ate again (fish this time - trout to be exact, very nice), we wandered off to the pub for a drink before last orders. The first pub warned us he was closing early, so we went to another one which was really quite busy. Probably cos the other one kept sending its customers away.
I made it back to church at 10.20 today, this is only 20 mins late, or 40 mins early, depending on your perspective.
