Went for a lovely walk late this afternoon. It was along the river, cold, fresh, and we felt quite the odd ones out because we were without a dog. The swans were certainly putting alot of effort into flying up river so they could float gently back down stream with no effort. We stopped at a pub for a drink then, as it became dark, left and wandered back along the river. Rather good.
