He came to me today and told me he had been to see the head because he wasn't in a position to write a full report on pupils he had only taught for 5 weeks. At this point I saw red for two reasons, firstly that he had gone to the head and more importantly that I had told him on at least 5 different occasions to only fill in the standard 'change of teacher - no full report blah blah blah' statement. I pointed it out on the OMR sheet, I gave him the statement, pointed it out again - told him he needed to fill in three boxes only etc. He is a lazy ********* ********* ************ and a complete liar to top it off nicely - given the impression he had given the head. I had to walk out on him for fear of killing (as I said yesterday). I dropped by to see the head just to make sure he knew the full story and then calmed down enough to start sorting out my classroom.
Sorry to rant but it makes me feel better.
